YOUR ROLE
This position is responsible for Industrial Relations, Statutory Compliance, Contract Labour Management, Drafting of letters, Grievance Handling, Employee welfare etc.
Management of Housekeeping, Canteen, Transportation, Security, CCTV, Change rooms and general administration of the Plant.
Responsible for Time Office, Leave card and Payroll Management.
Budget Management & Invoice Processing.
Knowledge of Labour Laws.
Marathi Typing will be added advantage.
YOUR SKILLS
Graduate/ MPM / MSW/ MBA HR preferred.
Minimum 7 years of relevant experience in Manufacturing Industry.
Registered as Labour Welfare Officer under Factories Act, 1948.
Excellent skills of Communication (Written & Verbal), Team Building & Problem Solving.
Go getter approach with high level of Maturity.
