YOUR ROLE
Determine how to best capture and interpret customer, and potential customer, data from a range of sources and communicate the findings across functions
Perform both quantitative and qualitative analysis to learn what motivates customer, and leverage this data in support of business interests
Leverage data analytic and intelligence to enable business strategy and maximize execution efficiency • Design research programs to address business needs
Synthesize data from multiple sources and translate findings into actionable B2B customer insights and recommendations – delivers insight and value from data to the organization
Identify customer pain points and research tactical and transformation solutions
Manage data quality and ensure actionable uses organization wide
Provide expert advice on the best analytical tools and software – explores emerging technologies and leveraging their full potential
Develop a strategic data transformation plan and communicate this framework to relevant stakeholders – acts as data science ambassador across business units and functions
Collaborates with Data Engineering and Data Quality Assurance teams using agile methods to deliver high quality data products
YOUR SKILLS
Minimum 5+ years’ experience in related field
Bachelor´s Degree in Marketing, Business, Statistics or related field and master’s degree in data science and engineering
Strong numerical and statistical skills – can solve complex business problems with data
Ability to apply creative analytical methods to solve problems
Delivers data science products from idea to deployment – expertise in leverage analytical tools
Customer-centric approach
Ability to deliver work that has numerous tactical applications in a clearly visual form – will participate in cross-functional project teams
