Ready to join a great global team as a Specialist Product Management?

As a Specialist Product Management, you will support the Product Managers and the business (Sales, Business Development, KAMs) in Asia, Europe, India, Middle, East, Africa and Americas.
You steer the Product Life Cycle (Phase-In, Maintenance, Phase-Out) of APP’s product portfolio.
Support the Product Managers and the business with product costs and price analysis and give guidance.
Analyze monthly the product costs and product price deviations identify reasons and proactively find measures to enhance/correct, if needed.
Facilitate Cost of Goods meetings and follow-up on agreed actions.
Drive our raw material risk mitigation management together with the Product Managers, Product Developers and Purchasers.
Support the Product Managers in the process of regulatory changes.
Steer the label creation process (internal and external) for products produced at an external party (Third Party).
Steer the global sampling process (Sample X) and support the Sales, KAMs get samples with speed to the customer.
Ownership of SBU-Product Master-Data. Drive Master Data Clean-Ups.
Run recurring reports.
YOUR SKILLS

Minimum 3 years of work experience
Successfully completed a university degree in economics or equivalent.
Bachelor’s degree in chemical/technical discipline is advantageous, but not required.
Proficiency in English is a must.
To take responsibility for tasks and decisions and complete them reliably.
Strong interest to work with lot of systems and processes as well as to support with administration.
Microsoft Office knowledge particularly on MS Excel is required and a pro.
Analytical thinking.
Good communication and presentation skills.
Interested in data systems and processes.
Proficient with SAP.
Open to communicate and collaborate in a global team.
Flexible and self-motivated.
Organization skills: Ability to prioritize tasks, create schedules and work efficiently.
