Responsibilities:

Training Program Administration:

·         Coordinate and administer various training programs, ensuring smooth logistics and participant engagement.

·         Maintain accurate records of training activities, attendance, and evaluations.

L&D Branding:

·         Develop and execute strategies to enhance the brand of the Learning and Development department.

·         Create promotional materials and internal communications to highlight the value of training initiatives.

Program Adoption:

·         Collaborate with department heads to assess training needs and customize programs accordingly.

·         Implement measures to track and improve program adoption rates among employees.

Event Coordination:

·         Organize and manage weekly webinars, instructor-led sessions, and workshops to promote continuous learning.

·         Ensure effective communication and logistics for all learning events.

Learning Analytics:

·         Utilize analytics tools to gather data on program effectiveness and participant feedback.

·         Generate reports to evaluate the impact of training initiatives and recommend improvements.

 

Qualifications:

 

·         Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Education, Business Administration, or related field.
·         4 plus years of experience L&D/HR, with a focus on front-end facing roles.HRBP experience will be an added advantage
·         Proven track record of successfully managing stakeholder relationships and collaborating across departments.
·         Strong understanding of training needs analysis methodologies and adult learning principles.
·         Experience in designing and delivering a variety of learning interventions, including instructor-led training, e-learning, and blended learning approaches.
·         Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and influence audiences at all levels of the organization.
·         Results-oriented mindset with a commitment to delivering high-quality learning solutions that drive business impact.
·         Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
·         Preferred Qualifications:
·         Master’s degree or professional certification in Learning & Development, Organizational Development, or related field.
·         Experience in project management and/or change management.
·         Familiarity with learning management systems (LMS) and other training technology platforms.
