Account Executive – Project

Purpose
This role represents the economic transactions of the Division to safeguard the assets of IDEMIA fairly, accurately, and on time and ensures compliance with applicable regulations. Provides the Management team with reliable information for decision-making
Key Missions
We are looking for Accounts Executive– Project at Noida location.
Responsibilities:
Ensure adequate knowledge of TDS and its applicability.
Manage GST, including knowledge of monthly and quarterly return with assessment.
Perform bank reconciliation.
Demonstrate good knowledge of intercompany transactions.
Possess very good knowledge of financial and accounting procedures.
Handle public handling work.
Oversee monthly/yearly book closing process.
Process intercompany invoices.
Ensure accurate and timely recording of daily transactions.
Maintain updated accounts payable and receivable status.
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual reports for global reporting and MIS.
Facilitate financial audits.
Track bank deposits and payments.
Assist in budget preparation.
Implement Group financial policies and procedures.
Utilize experience in using financial software, particularly TALLY.
Demonstrate advanced MS Excel skills.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
4-5 years of experience in a similar role.
Strong understanding of accounting principles and regulations.
Excellent analytical skills.
Strong attention to detail.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and in a team.
