Senior Engineer – Process Quality

Purpose
This role is responsible for ensuring that all activities within the scope meet the required quality standards, minimize quality costs and maximise customer satisfaction by ensuring that procedures and processes are adhered to.
Key Missions
We are looking for Senior Engineer-Process Quality based at Noida (NSEZ).

 

Roles & Responsibilities:

Work with onsite stakeholders and various functional teams to identify process improvement opportunities
Handling different digital project .
Use Continuous Improvement techniques like Value Stream Mapping (VSM) and work with the process groups to represent the ‘as-is’ process, identify redundant steps and other process waste; and help come up with optimized and efficient process across all the functions
Gathering data and preparing reports to update senior management on productivity, efficiency and budgets
Troubleshooting operational issues, developing process routines and implementing best practices
Actively work with the functional teams to identify process automation opportunities.
Work with cross-functional teams to document quality processes and projects, get alignment with management/operational teams, implement in operation and monitor progress.
Coordinate Root Cause Analysis (RCA) for any escalations, quality and efficiency issues using proven techniques like 5-Why, Fishbone, etc.
Assist the management in devising and optimizing KPIs and benchmarks.
Conduct Continuous Improvement trainings.
Ensure SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures) are reviewed per the agreed frequency.
Develops tools and methods to track and report relevant key performance indicators (KPI’s).
Six Sigma certification is a must and F&A process experience is required.
Experience on Process transitions.
Adhering to the periodic quality monitoring targets set for each sampling type assigned.
Timely, accurate and effective feedback and mentoring to agents based on the transactions monitored. Ensuring the agents are aligned to the Voice of the Customer and understand the monitoring standards clearly
Who are we looking for?
To succeed in the above mission, following skills/experience/qualification are required:

4 to 8 years of experience as Process Improvement or continual improvement area in the manufacturing or service Industry,
Industrial Engineering / Printing Engineering
Strong hold in Power BI and other analytical tool , manufacturing 4.0
Good work on knowledge in MS Excel and PowerPoint
Ability to work flexible hours.
Language Proficiency – English, Hindi and any regional languages (Preferred)
Demonstrated knowledge of Six Sigma, basics of statistics and Lean or Defect prevention methodologies in the contact center environment at least as a team member (Certification preferred)
Industrial Experience (desired)

4 to 8  years of experience in related mass production is an advantage.
