Responsibilities:

Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat professionally and efficiently.
Provide accurate information regarding products, services, and promotions.
Resolve customer complaints and issues promptly and effectively.
Assist customers with account management, billing inquiries, and technical support.
Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department for resolution.
Ensure customer satisfaction through active listening and problem-solving.

 

Requirements:

Minimum 12th Pass.
Previous customer service experience is preferred but not required.
Excellent communication skills in English and [mention other relevant languages, if applicable].
Ability to multitask and work in a team environment.
Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM systems.
Smartphones are required for communication purposes.
