Job Description
• To develop new customers.
• To cater to existing customers.
• To handle sales, collections, forms etc..
• To get the product developed as per customers’ requirements
• To ensure that inventory at depot is at optimum level for timely supply of material.
• To liaison with HO and technical department to solve technical problems.
• Customers demand forecasting
• Collection and maintenance of data regarding production, stock and supply.
• To attend to field queries/ correspondence/complaints and timely reply.
• Maintaining important documents like PO/ Schedules etc.
• Tracking market competition
To coordinate with the customers for various activities and ensure the development of dealers base.
