Job/Position Summary
Experience Must have 6 to 8 years work experience in Automotive domain.
Minimum 3+ years of experience as Scrum Master.
JD Proposal involvement & Estimation Methodologies, AGILE Methodologies, Planning & Tracking, PM Methodology, Project Health monitoring/ Metrics-
Data collection & Reports, Productivity/Utilization, RCA/DPPI/C-SAT, KPI- KRA- Yearly Goal setting,
People pyramid – Competence building – Team Training, Stakeholder Management,
Execution – monitoring – Reports, Team Management – PMS, Handling Attritions and Resignations,
Transition Management, RASIC/Project Communication, Change Management, Risk Management/ SWOT, Process/Quality/Audits, Procurement Management Responsibilities
• Automotive Domain/AD-ADAS Experience
• Strong understanding of AGILE methodologies
• Previous experience (Min 2years) in project leadership role
• Demonstrated ability to achieve cost, cycle time, customer and engineering process objectives.
• Demonstrated ability to develop, lead and motivate technical teams.
• Demonstrated ability to integrate and coordinate with other functions and customers.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Experience in full lifecycle system development including requirements, design, integration and verification.
• Clear understanding of System “V” and Agile SW processes and related software methodologies
• Good understanding and experience with configuration and defect management principles
• Experience in managing internationally distributed teams.
• Customer-focused and always prioritizes what the customer requires.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills (English primarily, some Japanese would be a great plus!)
• Ability to work in a global environment across different time zones.
• Willingness to travel at short notice
