Responsibilities & Key Deliverables
Will be responsible for resolving field concerns. Will be responsible for resolving internal concerns. Data analysis. Daily monitoring of field complaints and effectivity of actions. Reduction in field concerns by correct root cause analysis and speedy implementation of corrective measure to meet organization targets. Generate Field concern MIS and publish report, PPT for higher management. Carry out joint investigations in field to arrive at root cause. Take appropriate actions in association with manufacturing, supplier quality and design and for closure of field and internal concerns. Speedy and time bound closure of emerging concerns and immobilization concerns. Establish root cause for aggregate replacements in field and reduction in same. Implementing, improving and maintaining DWM in department. Initiating and implementing projects for improving engine reliability and durability
