Execute, monitor, analyse and improve the performance of digital marketing campaigns

Performance marketing: Lead volume, CTR, CPL
Social Media: Reach, Engagement rate
Website & SEO: Page speed, on page behavior flow, bounce rate, on-page time, Conversion ratio.

Lead to walk-in ratio
Principal Accountabilities
Manage end-to-end digital performance campaigns (media plan creation to final analysis report of each campaign). Execute all media campaigns in given budgets and timelines
Co-ordinate with media agencies to optimize campaigns and set new benchmarks in the industry
Analyse performance of each source at a granular level (Ad set, Ad, communication, targeting, demographics) and make recommendations to the management on the way forward
Explore new channels of advertising and be up to date on market trend
Social media content creation and social media calendar planning in tandem with the organization’s project launch plans
Creating platform specific strategies to achieve respective social media KPIs

Qualification and Experience
Qualification
Bachelor’s
Certification on online courses related to digital marketing is a plus
Experience
3 – 4 years of relevant experience managing complete digital planning
Telecom/E-commerce/ FMCG background preferred
Agency experience is a plus
