Your role & responsibilities:

Create integration scenarios between SAP and Non-SAP, both for cloud and non-cloud products, and create a sustainable integration landscape.
Advising and supporting in the implementation of common integration scenarios within the HCM landscape
Be responsible for design, optimization, and the associated integration processes as well.
Monitoring, troubleshooting and root cause analysis in the operations of SAP integration solutions
Ensure consistent processes across solutions from technical perspective
Your skills & strengths:

Bachelor’s degree in economic computer science or similar with a min. 2 years of experience in SAP HCM integration project implementation and maintenance
You have practical experience in the field of SAP Enterprise Application Integration and terms such as SAP CI/CPI, BTP, SAP Netweaver PI, SAP IDoc, SAP ALE/ RFC, XML technologies, web services and API are no foreign words for you.
You are familiar with the design, deployment and run of cloud integrations (SAP CPI scenarios)
Experience with SAP SuccessFactors & UKG PeopleDoc integrations are a plus
Your skills are rounded off by experience in various development environments and knowledge of object-oriented programming, especially SAP ABAP OO
It is important to us that you like to work independently and, in a team, (also at near/ offshore locations) and the customer.
Good functional knowledge of the various modules within SAP HCM system
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Close collaboration with HR System Integration Architect
Excellent English language skills both written and spoken
