Educational Qualification: Diploma in Mechanica/Production (Skilled in 3D software -Factory CAD, Sketchup)
Work Experience: 2-3 years
Job Responsibilities:
Analyze and comprehend automobile manufacturing plant layouts, encompassing civil engineering aspects, utility systems (electrical and mechanical), and equipment positioning within the plot area.
Create detailed and accurate 3D models by interpreting 2D layouts of civil structures, electrical and mechanical utilities, and equipment/processes within the manufacturing shop area.
Develop multiple 2D layout options for optimizing factory and shop floor designs, ensuring efficient space utilization and workflow.
Prepare virtual walkthroughs of factory layouts, providing immersive and interactive visualizations of the manufacturing environment.
Competencies/Skills:
Proven experience in 3D modeling and CAD data preparation, specifically within the context of manufacturing or industrial plant layouts using software like AutoCAD, FactoryCAD, Autodesk INventor, Sketch-up, Line Designer, etc.
Strong ability to translate 2D layouts into comprehensive 3D models, with attention to detail in civil, electrical, and mechanical components.
Familiarity with BIMS is highly desirable and will be considered as an added advantage for this role.
