Job Description
To collaborate with the Fusion QA, Developers and Product Management  team to deliver high quality Supply Chain Management Application components for our best in class Fusion Application suite.Duties and tasks are varied and complex, requiring independent thought and analytical judgment. We are seeking detail-oriented individuals with experience in manual testing and automated testing (using Selenium, OATS and Java) who are looking to enhance their QA skills and help bring excellent quality to our Fusion SCM deliverables.  The ideal candidate will have experience in SCM family products, have a great interest in learning new product functionality, and have excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities
Responsibilities: 
1.   Good automation skills along with some functional testing experience (and willing to learn our product functionality)
2.    Review Business Requirement, Functional, and Technical Design documents to prepare for authoring testware and designing test data
3.    Collaborate with project team members (i.e., Product Managers, Development Engineers, other QA Engineers, etc.) and participating in team meetings
4.    Author testware for manual testing
5.    Author automated test scripts (utilizing Selenium/Oracle OATS toolsets)
6.    Design Test Data
7.    Execute manual and/or automated test cases per the testing plan assignments and recording test results
8.    Log bugs for issues found, and verify code fixes when available
9.    Complete status reports
10.  Demonstrate ability and desire to work in a geographically distributed team

11. Follow all Oracle Fusion QA processes and procedures, including Agile/Scrum methodologies

QUALIFICATIONS: 
1.   Possess B.E/B.Tech. or M.E/M.Tech/MCA degree in a field relevant to functional area
2.   3-5+ years QA work experience
3.   Good SQL skills, solid automation skills
4.   Good understanding of relational database design and data models
5.   Knowledge of the software development lifecycle and methodology
6.   Being creative and taking initiative to work independently
7.   Good command of speaking and writing English. Strong interpersonal skills are also critical as the job requires constant interaction with other teams that are not located locally
8.  Working effectively in a virtual team with members located in multiple time zones, as well as the ability to attend conference calls outside of normal working hours
9.   Consistently delivers high quality results on time
10. Experience in Supply Chain Management,  a plus
