·       CAPEX Database
·       CAPEX Guidance updates
·       DocuSign Administration
·       CAPEX ID Creation; Tracking & Communication
·       SAP ECC – Project Setup
·       Owns the Committed Capital Scorecard and deck (quarterly)
·       Manage the CAR Management Governance  and support in meeting set up and floow ups
·       Project Set Up for Hot fill & Coldfill
·       Maintain Supply Chain Website
·       Maintain DCF Model

Qualifications

Experience – 2 to 5 years
Qualification – undergraduate degree
Experience in financial systems & programs (SAP S4 Hana, Essbase, PowerBI, Excel)
Able to work independently and takes initiative
Detail-oriented; organized in approach in document maintenance
Strong leadership skills and capabilities
Consistently shows urgency, courtesy and patience
Exceptional communication skills. Proficiency in English language
