Job Description
Testing of Plastic, Elastomer, Paint and Fluid. Also support to material Development and Quality
Material validation/evaluation of new material under development
Execute the new material development with Plastic / Elastomer RM supplier to complete development on time meeting QCD requirement.
Supplier Process audit and supplier assessment.
Technical Support to design/Process/Quality and Purchase Engg.
Material judgement and material report preparation.
Support design in team quality issue with FTA, material Characterisation and Simulation study etc.
Hands on experience in handling of FTIR, DSC, TGA, UTM, MFR, Flexural, Izod instrument and testing knowledge
