Job Description
Position: Deputy Manager – Logistics
Location: Gurgaon, Haryana
Experience: 5 to 7 Years of experience in solar or any manufacturing industry
Qualification: Any Graduate

Job Role:

We are looking for someone who has handled huge volumes of Domestic consignments (300 to 400) per month. (20FT, 40 FT, LCL)
Has exposure to ERP/SAP environment. (Making approval notes, Issuing Purchase order, Booking of Bills, Timely payment of vendors, & Payment Reconciliations with Vendors.)
Is well aware of contracting with Transporters and Logistics vendors, coordination with external and Internal stake holders,
Has knowledge of E-way bill rules
Strong Follow up with the international customers, Internal Purchase team, Warehouse operation.
Well versed with the functions related to Logistics and experience of Logistics contract.
Knowledge of the Government policies, regulations and provisions of various statutory acts.
An effective communicator with excellent relationship building & interpersonal skills.
Knowledge of Transportation, MIS Updating, E-way Bill generation
Strong Follow up, & expert in SAP and Excel
