Roles and Responsibilities
1. Effectively implement organizational safety programs and check effectiveness in projects.
2. Build safety work culture in the team
3. Co-ordinate with central HSE for identifying the training needs and imparting in-house/ external training
4. Monitoring HSE processes and procedures with continual improvement based on RCA and operational experience
5. Tracking of health and safety metrics to identify and to reduce risks with implementation and tracking of mitigation plan
6. Work closely with site in-charge, site team, & QHSE team on implementation of EHS system at site
7. Coordinate with central HSE for implementation and improvement of systems, policies and procedures
8. Update current working knowledge of all applicable HSE regulations as per change in law in timely manner
9. Inspect/ safety audits at site and support site to enhance safe work environment
10. Analyse job safety and associated risk and ensure to incorporate the same in work instruction for activities
11. Assist site team for investigating of all accidents and near-misses be investigated, prepare report of findings and horizontal deployment
12. Preparing monthly report on HSE metrics and presenting the same to management in timely manner
13. Assist in evaluation and selection of subcontractors on the basis of their HSE performance.
14. Implement & monitor Contractor Field Safety Audit program

Roles and Responsibilities
Drive EHS Management system with project team and other departments.
Monitor Critical Activities on site & correct the unsafe practices/conditions through stop the line approach and communicate to concern person with rectification.
Implementation and Monitoring of Permit to Work System (Like Lifting, Electrical, Excavation, general etc.)
Carry out and updating the inspections & audits observations of EHS department on daily basis in single list of action items and update in the system.
Carry out the concern team quantitative assessment and ensure implementation of controls through concerned department.
Develop Ergonomics assessment and controls for office and shop floor workstations.
Identification of Hazard, Risk, and Unsafe condition, Unsafe act & support of immediate actions and corrective/preventive actions to the concerned department
Near-miss reporting & Investigation to avoid any major accidents.
Monitor contractor safety through contractor safety management program.
Delivering safety Induction training and daily tool box talk to workers as well as engineers on different topics whenever required.
Deliver training programme at per site requirement.
Define right PPE for type of activities and periodically inspection their compliance of PPE
Periodic inspection of critical to EHS equipment and track the findings with concerned area in charge.
Develop emergency preparedness through mock drills.
Carry out periodic assessment and auditing, to ensure the system effectiveness
