¢ Basic understanding of MEP related drawings.
¢ Manage and monitor the supplied material w.r.t. BOQ.
¢ Responsible for quality of the supplied material and maintain its record.
¢ Manage all MEP activities w.r.t. civil and coordination between the suppliers.
¢ Responsible for making the activity plan and its adherence for time line.
¢ Responsible for measurements for the MEP work.
¢ Responsible for the Supplier bills.
¢ Coordination with Architect
¢ Manage and provide electrical power distribution for efficient running of the Plant
¢ Manage Water and sewage plant and treatment & disposal
¢ Prepare preventive maintenance schedule for utility services (Cooling towers, power systems, sewage plant, forklifts etc.) and monitor adherence
¢ Monitor cost and quality of utility services vis-à-vis quantified parameters in order to ensure reliability centered maintenance and monitoring of utility services
¢ Identify areas where energy can be conserved, create and execute action plan for energy conservation initiatives
¢ Identify critical spares and oversee maintenance of spares inventory to ensure availability and control
¢ Monitor adherence to pollution and ETP norms for the plant
¢ Coordinate with PE department for ensuring utility connection for new machinery
¢ Ensure legal and environmental compliance associated with utilities; liaise with Government Statutory Authorities such as Electricity Board, Pollution Control Board etc for compliances (air/ water/ pollution etc.)
¢ Ensure usage of SAP modules in maintenance for effective recording and monitoring of maintenance data
¢Ensure strict adherence to norms laid down for quality, health and safety by creating awareness through training / workshop / awareness sessions and making compliance mandatory maintenance
