¢ Prepare timely and accurate counter measures to address customer issues related to respective section

¢ Provide support to the internal departments for managing issues related to respective section
¢ Monitor the in-process quality in respective section by conducting periodic process audits

¢ Prepare patrol inspection schedule & checksheets and ensure adherence to the same by the team

¢ Review patrol inspection reports and take necessary actions (if any)

¢ Check dimensional report / PQCS/  critical parameters etc. periodically and ensure adherence to the same

¢ Analyze data and try to find the root cause of the defect by conducting Why Why analysis, Root Cause Analysis etc.

¢ Ensure that all output classified as Rework is sent back to the production team immediately

¢ Conduct customer rejection (Line Rejection, BOP, semi finished parts) analysis and prepare CAPA (Corrective Action and Preventive Action)

¢ Coordinate with concerned departments for timely closure of CAPA points

¢ Ensure that any change in the process is documented and the same is recorded and circulated to everyone

¢ Follow up for implementation of quality related improvement projects at the plant including customer projects as well as internal improvement initiatives

¢ Ensure that all quality related compliances and standards for the plant are met

¢ Support during Quality Audits for the plant by coordinating with all departments and ensuring effective implementation of the same
