Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

System Monitoring and general support.  Ensure all production transactions are successfully processed.   Analyze and resolve failed transactions.  Identify data issue vs map issue for resolution.   Email communication to external Trading Partners and/or Internal Business Teams.
Growth:  Add new trading partners, expand existing trading partners by adding new messages.
Set up partner, configure messages, unit test, end to end test involving the Business team, migrate to prod/hypercare.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Quarterly off hours application maintenance support
Skills, Knowledge, Experience and Education

Minimum 3 years of EDI experience using ANSI X12 & EDIFACT standards, preferably in Manufacturing or Supply Chain
Familiar with 850 Purchase Orders, 855 Purchase Order Acknowledgments, 810 Invoices, 856 Advanced Ship Notice, 997 Functional Acknowledgement
Experience working with EDI transport protocols AS2, SFTP, HTTP/s, VAN
Mapping experience required.   Ability to analyze and support existing maps, write new maps from specification documents.  Some XML experience required.
Experience working with EDI transport protocols AS2, SFTP, HTTP/s, VAN
Experience with OpenText applications Bizlink/Bizmanager & Application Integrator, Bizmapper, AI Mapper preferred.
Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
Solid problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and critical thinking abilities
Temperament

Self-motivated, excellent team player, and capable of performing under minimal supervision
