Experience in relevant field / our sized group.
Must Exposure in Sheet metal product with weld, press and paint shops.

Responsibilities:
1. Ensure 1st piece inspection with sample
2. Perform Inprocess audit ,Pokayoke audit ,process parameter audit
3. Monitor IPO doc audit
4. Monitor Daily Right First Test and IHR monitoring
5. Ensure documentation of Daily Rejection and Rework data.
6. Responsible for Deviation note
7. Verify customer complaint action sustenance
8. Implement action plan for IHR(IN HOUSE REJECTION)
9. Monitor Inspector training & Inspector performance
10. Monitor & maintain 1s/2s in final inspection area
11. Ensure Cross audit for leakage with identification mark
12. Ensure 100% visual inspection and identification mark
13. Submit Fixture resting and locating audit NC to FM
14. Monitor Welding penetration/plan
15. Perform Assembly CMM according to plan
16. Ensure that Daily rejection is moved from line to scrap area.
17. Perform Process Validation Co2 & Spot Welding & press machines
Perform Spot Nugget Test &carbon test according to plan
OUR BRIEF HISTORY
We started out modestly in 1987 with the inception of “Shree Engineers” followed by “Aadesh Service Centre” in the year 1990. It was in the year 1993 that we ventured into mainstream manufacturing with the inception of “Rohit Industries” expanding our businesses into auto ancillary and home furnishing components markets. The following year we ended up collaborating with Bajaj Auto Ltd., one of our prominent customers until date.
March 1998, was the turning point with starting of a breakthrough activity in the name and style of “Rucha Engineers Pvt. Ltd.” The year 2000 was one more year of substantial progress when “Rohit Exhaust Systems P Ltd was formed. Meanwhile, in the year 2000, we were also awarded “National Award for the Best Entrepreneurship” to recognize our growth and contribution to the still-developing automobile scenario in our country post the liberalization of the economy back in 1989.
In 2006, RGI became multistate / multi-location and started supplying to four wheeler passenger cars. In 2007, an ambitious export project viz. “Rucha Technologies Pvt. Ltd.” was established. In 2009, the group entered in “Metal Home Furnishing” articles. In the financial year 2011-12, substantial export of @ 6 million USD indicates the way forward.
Our Journey since then has been one of constant growth, development and diversification into other products and services in our offerings portfolio. We are quite glad that today we have successfully crossed the target of $100 million in revenues and are growing rapidly towards achieving our vision of a turnover of $250 million in revenues.
