The offering covers drilling and mechanical cutting, loading, and hauling, crushing and screening, demolition and recycling and various solutions to increase automation. We are looking for a Global Remote Monitoring Specialist to support growing demand for remote monitoring and analytics. You will be designing and implementing market leading digital solutions to boost business of internal and external customers. Areas of responsibility: • Integrating, coordinating, supporting, maintaining of legacy Microsoft projects • Digital platform specialist focusing on User experience, Analytics and Digital marketing. • Liaise with internal teams (e.g., developers, product management and tech support) to identify system requirements. • Seek and recommend creative ways to improve product and processes. • Consult with managers and/or team on project status, proposals, and technical issues. • Design, develop and execute automation scripts using open-source tools. • Optimising manual tasks, fixing issues involved long running processes. Required Key Competencies Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, very good communicator, quick learner, ability to work in teams and individually. Job profile-must have • You have a Bachelor/Master degree in Engineering. • Knowledge of design tools like Adobe photoshop, creative cloud, Adobe Indesign • Knowledge of database management, SQL/server • Knowledge of Microsoft visual studio, visual studio code, html, css, .net • Knowledge of AngularJS, typescript, java script, json • Knowledge of Customer relationship management • Knowledge of version control, Gitlab. • Ticketing tools/management, server/license updates/maintenance Better to have knowledge included, project integration, npm, node, angular project setup, troubleshoot of AngularJS, digital marketing, sales enablement tools, CRM, lower level of project ticket handling and ability to work simultaneously on multiple platforms/projects. You fit into a dynamic and international team within a well-established business. You value the opportunity to work with both in-house R&D as well as with customers all around the world to create significant impact to business with state of the art digital tools. Experience in mining/construction or heavy machinery industry is a required. You are confident in presenting to different audiences, influencing others, and collaborating across organizations, cultures, and geographies.
