Position Description:
We are looking for a skilled SAP HCM/Payroll Consultant with specialized expertise in UK Payroll to join our dynamic team. If you have in-depth knowledge of Great Britain Payroll processes, local government pensions, GB legislation, and integration between SAP Payroll and FI/CO, this role is perfect for you!
Key Responsibilities:
- Strong SAP HCM experience with a focus on UK Payroll
- Deep understanding of Great Britain Payroll processes and policies
- Knowledge of local government pensions
- Expertise in GB legislation, year-end processes, and RTI reporting
- Experience in SAP PA, OM, and negative time management
- End-to-end payroll processing knowledge
- Strong communication and client-facing skills
Desired Skills & Experience:
- Hands-on experience in SAP Payroll, OM, PA, and Time Management
- Experience in at least 1 or 2 SAP implementation or support projects
- Knowledge of PCR and Schema
- Ability to collaborate with internal and external teams, providing timely status updates
- Eagerness to learn new technologies and work in shifts
- HCM Certification and UK Payroll experience will be an added advantage
- Strong written and communication skills with the ability to interact with technical consultants and clients
