Role
Hands – on experience in making process documents (Process flow chart, PFMEA, PPAP, SOP, daily 4M requirement for the production line)
Productivity improvement by time study techniques and line balancing.
Knowledge on VSM and process mapping.
Good communication skills, analytical skills, and a commitment to make continuous improvement.
Familiar at the use of Auto CAD/ Solid Edge / MS office applications including Word, Excel, and Access.
Knowledgeable in the use of SAP.
Knowledge and understanding of Employee Involvement and Team Development skills
Knowledge in welding symbols and fabrication & machining diagrams.
Knowledge in automation projects, robotic welding and line set up including line balancing
Identify and implement safety measures to ensure a safe work environment.
Knowledge on ECN implementation process.
