1. 1. Project drawing feasibility checking, making proto sample.
2. Making proto sample with arrangement of all child parts
3. Project time plan feasibility review.
4. Making FTG list & review with suppliers.
5. Technical discussion with the suppliers & getting quotations
6. DAP review with CFT & supplier & final DAP at supplier
7. Arrangement of RM for project, preparing proto parts
8. FTG trial at supplier end & its stage wise monitoring & upgradation
9. Preparation of line layout for new project
10. By off FTG from supplier as per the time plan
11. PPAP with customer, monitoring of production & handover
12. Ensure production line readiness & complete PTR/PPAP
13. Ensure smooth implementation of ECN with ZERO obsolesce
Maintain ECN/PCN data of plant
