1. Adherence to daily Production plan
2. Effective Manpower utilisation to achieve daily production target
3. Ensure material availability on line
4. Highlighting concerns related to Material / manpower/machine
5. To achieve Quality and Quantity of Production of line
4. To minimize rework / rejection on line
5. Guide / operate machines online when required
6. To do Minor machine breakdown / sets as per plan
7. To maintain and sustain line 5S/TPM activities
8. Ensure PPE usages by line operators
9. Ensure operators are adhering to SOPs wrt start up, first piece flow inspection etc
10. To do Kaizens to improve productivity
11. To educate / train / guide operators wrt safety/quality requirements of line
12. To support in implementation of TPM & MSES “A” activities
13. Any other duty entrusted by your seniors
