Main Responsibilities / Job Summary
* Conduct market research to determine market requirements for existing & future products.
* Analysis of customer research, current marketing conditions & competitor information.
* Develop & implement Sales plans & projects for new & existing products.
* Prepare Sales presentations & reports.
* Develop pricing strategy, Costing & negotiations with customer for new business RFQ.
* Monitor, review & report on all Sales activity & results.
* Determine & manage Sales budget.
* Identifying target markets & developing strategies to communicate with them.
* Establishes Sales goals to ensure market share & profitability of the products.
* Develop & executes monthly & annual sales budget.
* Report on return on investment & key performance metrics.
* Handling customer online modules for RFQ, submission of quotes, getting RFQ/SOR details.
* Monitor all pricing related amendments through customer
* Exploring ways of improving existing products & services, & increasing profitability.
* Working with executive team to set the Sales strategy for the business growth.
* Monitoring & analyzing market trends
Qualifications
Engineering degree (BE) in Mechanical / Business/ marketing related degree or equivalent professional qualification
Experience
More than 8 years with a background in marketing/Sales from sheet metal industry (automobile)
Desired Experience
Program management
Knowledge of PMS tool
