Qualifications & Requirements:

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or a related technical discipline.
Around 2 years of professional software development experience.
Proficiency in coding with languages such as C, C++, C#, Java, JavaScript, or Python.
Solid understanding of software design principles and best practices.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Excellent teamwork, debugging, and communication skills.

Other Requirements:

Ability to meet Microsoft’s security screening requirements, including the Microsoft Cloud Background Check upon hire and every two years thereafter.

Preferred Qualifications:

Prior experience working with global teams and multiple stakeholders.
Strong problem-solving ability, including breaking down complex problems into smaller components.
