Position Title
Chief Manager – Business Monitoring and Governance
Purpose of Role
This role is directly working on four main areas of BAM – business performance monitoring, governance, business planning and validation, this role is responsible for supporting BAM deliverables.
Position Summary
Monitor Business Performance – Operational and Financial performance monitoring, Insights and Analysis for decision making.
Create and Implement Governance mechanism.
Key Accountabilities / Responsibilities
Monitor Business Performance – Operational and Financial performance monitoring, Insights and Analysis for decision making, Establish the MIS – Information Flow and Process across the BU and segments. Developing and monitoring key business performance metrics
Display entrepreneurial skills, collaboration, communication, leadership, and vision
Monitor and Review the approved AOP with Cross Functional efforts and in due collaboration with Leadership team
Create and Implement Governance mechanism – Support in managing the governance and review mechanism through cadence reports & conductance by CEO. Enables standardization on formats and manage actionable items. Develop and manage comprehensive governance model for Operations
Business Planning and Validation – Drive the business planning exercise for the next FY, validation of assumptions and reforecasting targets, action plans to achieve goals. Support and coordination for business planning
