As a Support Engineer, Associate, you will play a crucial role in supporting engineering activities across multiple projects and technologies. You will be responsible for installing, modifying, and deploying software/hardware tools, maintaining mobile test boards and equipment, and troubleshooting test boards in the mobile industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Demonstrated knowledge and hands-on experience with hardware design tools.
- Work closely with Design Engineers to execute new test procedures for hardware.
- Debugging, analyzing, and troubleshooting test boards, preferably in the mobile industry.
- Maintain all mobile test boards, equipment, and accessories.
- Understand circuit functions from written or verbal instructions and operate general test equipment efficiently.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data analysis, reporting, and visualization.
- Exposure to software scripting and programming is an added advantage.
- Provide customer support, ensuring effective communication and problem resolution under pressure.
- Work with US and TDC employees, requiring good communication skills and an understanding of different accents.

Required Skills & Expertise
- Expertise in using spectrum analyzers, signal generators, network analyzers, and digital multimeters.
- Sound technical knowledge in RF & Digital design concepts.
- Strong troubleshooting and debugging skills.
- Proficiency in hardware and software support.
- Strong presentation and communication skills.
Educational Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Electronics/Electrical Engineering.
- OR Associate’s degree with 1+ year of technical or related work experience.
- OR High School Diploma with 2+ years of technical or related work experience.
