Job Description
Role & responsibilities
Responsible about Gauges validation/Calibration of instrument, Poison test OJT.
* Responsible to handle the line issue with the production team
* Responsible to reduce rejection PPM through 7QC tools and CAPA.
* Responsible to handle customer complaint and made documents as per customer requirement
* Responsible to maintained line documents like that (SOP,WI,OPS,Skill matrix,Hourly inspection,bottle neck etc.)
* Responsible to conduct layout inspection as per plan
* Responsible for process and product audit , SPC, MSA etc.
* Aware about core tools(APQP,PPAP,SPC,MSA,PFMEA)
* Responsible to conduct warranty analysis
