Job Description

Role & responsibilities

*Preparing the P&L based on the Trail Balance downloaded from ERP,Sending Unit-06 before 10th and also monthly review with budgetary P&L

*Customer payment collection as per customer payment terms and ensuring the outstanding payment should not cross 60 days

*Analyzing the overall expenses along with unit head at the time of preparing budget and alarming time to time if any  expenses go out of target.

*Preparation of GST working  on monthly basis

*Compliance of legal requirement like PF,Service Tax & GST

*Internal & External Audits NC Closure

* Involvement for Stock audit and to match Physical quantity with ERP qty. Scrap delivery on time.

*Monthly Basis Employees Advance ,Supplier Advance ,ESIC ,EPF, LWF,Customer  Reconciliation  and Vendor Reconciliation Yearly Basis.

*Cash Expenses reduction the planned activity & better communication with other deptt.
