Job Description
Role & responsibilities: :
Ensuring the 100% customer satisfaction by supplying zero defects products
Doing warranty Analysis to take Action by using 7QC tools.
Doing final inspection rejection Analysis to take Action by using 7QC tools.
Conducting and exciting of Layout inspection report, CAPA MSA, SPC ,8D, 7QC Tools, process audit, FMEA and made IPQP, Work instructions, one point lesson, poke yoke.
Conducting Poke yoke Audit As per the plan
Allocation of manpower as per the production plan
Conducting the product & Process audit as per the plan
Conducting the lay out inspection as per the plan.
Conducting OJT for the new joined inspectors
Conducting MSA study for gauges
Ensuring the 5s & safety in the working Area
Import cables, components, other unit cables 100% inspection to ensure quality.
To improve quality in child parts continuous interaction with the supplier, delivery & Coordinate with the purchase dept to improve quality and RTV.
Clearance the inward material & move to the store without defects.
Any other task assigned by reporting supervisor or manager.
Qualification and other requirements:
Qualification: BE
Experience: 2 -4 years
Good verbal and written communication skills.
Good in computer skills i.e., MS Office (Word, Excel, Power point)
Positive attitude: willingness to learn and flexibility.
