Job Description

Role & responsibilities

1 Material Plan as per the Customer PO.

2 Prepare and Submit Proforma invoice as PO.

3 Responsible to Monitor Export Packing and Marking as per the PI.

4 Reserve the Materials in ERP as per the PI.

5 Generate the Invoice as per the PI.

6 Update the Consignment details to Exim team Corporate for Planning Container.

7 Plan and Monitor Container Stuffing.

8 Export Documents Preparation and Submisson to Customs Clearing agency and Follow up of
applicable Certificates like C.O.O and SAFTA ,ISAFTA.

9 Responsible to Route the Original Documents through Concern Bank.

10 Co-ordinate and Update the documents to Customer for Each Consignment.

11 Responsible to Maintain Export Documents.
