Purpose
Knowledge of CNC Plastic Molds, Fixtures and Gauges. Handsome experience in CAM programming, Molds elements manufacturing, machines utilization, Cutter’s selection and control.
Key Responsibility
Use CNC machines effectively to achieve work piece dimensions and surface finishes in accordance with the design specifications
Preparing the machine with Job and Tool setup for rough and finish Milling, Drilling, Tapping, different shape milling operations.
Confirm right Cutters are used for the given by CAM programmer, fixing the Cutter with Right Toolholder and Balance the Tool holder with fixed cuter using the Balancing machine.
Ensure 2D/3D prints spec are met, GD&T and surface finish to meet designed definition.
Communicate to superior about the cutting tools / consumables requirement at appropriate time.
Explore and work on continuous improvement plans related to CNC machines and monitor for its efficiency
Capture the machining hours with start and end time.
Toolroom experience required – Mantodatory
Qualification
Degree in Mechanical Engg., / Diploma in Mechanical engineering / Production / Tool and Die making / NTTF / CITD / CIPET / GTTC.

12 to 18 years

Certification course in CNC machine operations preferable.
