Gradeâ & location -Billable, L1.2, TML, ERC Pimpri, Pune Domain -Electrical and ElectronicsSub-Domain -HMIBrief Role Descrip tion :HMI engineer will be responsible for the development of HMIs from early definition through to release for production programs . He/She will be expected to work closely with Vendor & other systems engineering teams such as wiring harness, HV aggregates, Diagnostics, Connectivity and Functional Safety Team.Work Experience:Experience in Automotive instrument cluster / Driver informatio n system. Knowledge of Automotive Electrical & Electronics components. Expected to have sound Vehicular Knowledge CAN Commu nication, Component level testing & Vehicle Level Validationsknowledge of auto electrical trouble shooting Knowledge of EE pro duct development process for automotive applicationStrong knowledge of CAN, LIN, UDS and J1939 protocol. Expected knowledge of communication protocols & controller interfaces along with sensors and actuators. Required to have analytical and logical reason ing experience to provide solution to Troubleshoot issues observed in automotive EE domain. Understand the technical specificati on for hardware and software development.Strategically interact with development partners & CFTs on technical front in realising the product and functionalities under developmentElicit and manage detailed HMI requirements.Exposure to Team centre (PLM), re lease process & Engineering change management is add-on advantage.Review system requirements from integration teams, FuSa require ments from the Functional Safety team and ensure these are satisfied by the HMI design proposal. Interface to the Test & Validati on team to ensure appropriate DVPs and test coverage. Education –BE/B Tech in Electro nics / EE
Experience -3 to 6 years.
