Role Objective
The primary responsibility of the incumbent will be to lead the HR team for the Industrial Solutions segment.  Responsible for the preparing and executing the HR Plan and strategies in line with the Business strategy. Business Partnering with Sales, Engineering and Operations, SWFP and partnering with the BU stakeholders in meeting the Talent needs for the Industrial segments and driving the Engagement and Inclusion initiatives across all the locations. Role would also be responsible for maintaining the harmonious ER and IR relations at the manufacturing plants in Bangalore.
Responsibilities
Organization Leadership Reviews – People / Org Review, Building Organization capability through Strategic Work Force Planning
Partner with the Sales, Operations and Engineering Functional heads and ensure smooth progress also facilitate as Coach for the Leaders wherever needed
Strategically plan the resource pool to support the Business for timely supply of Talent
Regular review on On-boarding program and customization in line with the business need
Arrange a platform for effective performance management by preparing functional managers to guide and coach employees
Bring in a culture of continuous improvement in the business with effective participation and contribution in TEOA activities
Drive Employee Engagement initiatives to bring in change among employees for mutual benefits by leveraging each other strengths and capabilities
Focus on Employee Engagement by continuously harnessing and energizing various forums and committees
Work closely with the Plant HR team to ensure productive working partnership with Unions supporting the future needs
Liaison with Local authorities, Stake holders and interested parties to protect and safeguard the interest of Plants
Work closely with C&B team to ensure that all C&B are extended to employees
Manage employee services smoothly & effectively to support business by leveraging the services of shared service resources.
Talent mapping as per SWFP for all pivotal roles.
Development Plans for the succession roles identified through SWFP and OLR.
EDUCATION/KNOWLEDGE

Master’s degree in HR
CRITICAL EXPERIENCE

15+ years of experience working in medium or large matrix organizations.
Experience in Manufacturing Industry is preferred
Hands-on experience in Industrial Relations, Labor welfare, Long term settlements, Union Management will be an added advantage.
