Key Responsibilities
1. Programming and Maintenance
-
Perform programming using Fuji Flex software.

Conduct routine maintenance and troubleshooting of NXT and MPM Paste Printer equipment.
2. Production Line Monitoring
-
Monitor ongoing production lines and resolve issues in real-time.

Ensure smooth functioning during model changeovers and engineering changes (ECO).
3. Documentation and Process Adherence
-
Maintain daily logs for NXT and MPM equipment.

Follow and document First Article Inspection (FAI) procedures before production starts.
4. Training and Team Coordination

Provide training on machine operation and troubleshooting.

Assist in onboarding new technicians and operators.
5. Quality and Yield Monitoring

Track Yield and NG (No Good) rates for SPI and AOI.

Submit Defect Analysis Reports in the SMT Daily Report Generator.
6. Cycle Time Monitoring

Monitor the cycle time of machines, especially Printers and NXT.

Take corrective actions to reduce cycle time issues.
