Job Purpose
Responsible for leading a team of 12+ quality assurance professionals. This role involves overseeing the team’s operations, ensuring that quality standards are met, and driving continuous improvement initiatives.
Ensures that the necessary Quality processes are implemented on a site in accordance with Group standards (GOPS) and standards certifications (ISO) and meet Client & Quality requirements.
Job Description
MAJOR RESPONSIBILITY AREAS:

Lead a team who Perform Quality checks of Supplier/Internal manufacturing records to authorize the shipment of parts according to engineering & project requirements for mid-size site.
Oversee all quality assurance processes and ensure that standards are met. This includes reviewing and approving GSOP, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing changes as necessary
Resolve complex technical queries related to Materials, NDE, Welding, Coating & Lifting
Monitoring and analyzing quality performance metrics & Investigating customer complaints and non conformances
Leads or participates in investigations to resolve quality issues using quality & lean tools
Participates actively in the risk assessment workshops on the project
Provide guidance, support, and mentorship to the team. Ensure that all team members understand their roles and responsibilities
Monitor work execution & work occupancy of the team
Measure team performance (KPIs) and drive continual improvements & report to the Manager.
Prepare and present reports on the team’s performance and quality metrics to senior management. This includes tracking key performance indicators (KPIs), analyzing data, and making recommendations for improvements
Act as the primary point of contact for all customer and internal audits. This includes preparing for audits, guiding the team through the audit process, responding to audit findings, and implementing corrective actions. Maintain strong relationships with customers and ensure their satisfaction with the quality of our products and services
Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the team. This includes identifying opportunities for process improvements, implementing changes, and monitoring the effectiveness of these changes.
Ensure that all team members receive the necessary training and development to perform their roles effectively. This includes identifying training needs, arranging for training to be delivered, and monitoring the effectiveness of training
Transition/Implement new work scope or transitions & Best Practices systems
May facilitates the feedback process throughout multiple sites and may assist in the development
Participate in budgeting & Capacity planning
Requirements:

Bachelor of Engineering/Master of Engineering (Mechanical Engineering)
Minimum 8 Years of Experience in Quality Function & 2 years of experience in Leading a team of 10 engineers.
Shall have thorough Technical Understanding on Industry Standards (API, ISO, ASME, ASTM, NORSOK, DNV), Engineering practices, Manufacturing techniques, Material Engineering, Destructive and Nondestructive Testing, Measuring Instruments, and Engineering Drawing
Shall be able to read, interpret & make decision on acceptance of various reports as per the Industry and TechnipFMC standards/Engineering Requirements/Project Requirements.
Thorough experience in using various applications for the day-to-day execution 0 Outlook (email), Microsoft Office (Excel, Power Point, Word) and SAP/ERP (any other relevant).
Shall have hands on experience on resolving Non-Conformances.
Shall have hands on experience in Quality & Lean Tools for problem solving.  Shall have Good Communication skills to work with Global Functional teams.
Shall have proficiency in mentoring and training.
Flexibility to work in different shifts based on the need (Global regions: US/ER)
Should have led a process improvement project.
Ability to manage stakeholders.
Good to have process or Product audit experience.
