Handling Employee life cycle, PMS, Budgeting and Training Development
Handle employee engagement, communication and employee programs.
Planning and coordinating administrative procedures and systems and devising ways to streamline processes.
Employer branding and manage internal communication and employer branding.
Contribute into employer branding campaigns on social media and other professional networks.
Ensure proper documentation and file management for all functional operations including maintaining the personal files of all employees and prepare functional MIS.
To be successful in this role, you should have:

4+ years of experience in HR, with a focus to improvise administrative processes
Strong knowledge of HR practices and procedures
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
Know maintaining and updating HR documentation and records.
