Roles & Responsibilities: This role is a key role in the Project Sales , working closely with the SBU Head + Product Managers to manage and control the Project Business with Respect to all TIPL offerings. This role is also responsible for Business development and approvals of TIPL Indigenous product range. Responsible for: – A) -Identifying, Developing and Launching New products & Principals and New Markets, Positioning existing product & develop new markets for existing products. B)Responsible for the growth of product in terms of revenue generation. C)Being a Industry Business Manager one must be aware of Respective Industry trends, competition & upcoming technologies in one’s domain area. D)Should drive product technical discussion & product demonstration and road shows. E)Ready for extensive traveling on all India basis & Healthy Funnel Management. F) Industry base Product Sales, Product Pricing & Marketing Strategy and Execution with a Marketing Calendar. G) Developing the Long and Short Term Strategy.


Profile – Industry Business Manager – Oil & Gas Industry

Industry Experience -10-15 Years Sales & Business Development Experience in Oil & Gas in our Products.

Skills/Knowledge : – 

Industry Base Product solution Selling knowledge, Industry Base Business Management Experience with Margin Management
Understanding of Industry wise products, customers & applications.
Should be proficient in Sales and Marketing
Onsite Installation / Service / Commissioning / Project Management Experience
Consultant / EPC / OEM Handling Experience / Liasioning
Team Handling Experience, Product Registration at Govt Sector
Skill to Identify new Applications, grow new Industrial Segment, Skill in Consultant Approvals
