Tower Research Capital, a high-frequency proprietary trading firm founded in 1998, seeks a Machine Learning Engineer to join our Core AI & Machine Learning team.
Responsibilities
Developing data pipelines for collecting, processing, and analyzing diverse datasets.
Design and implement deep learning architectures for large volumes of data.
Conduct experiments and tests to evaluate model performance.
Contribute to optimizing and fine-tuning existing machine learning models.
Build pipelines for monitoring, managing and constantly improving production ML/DL models.
Qualifications
A bachelor’s, master’s, or PhD (complete) degree or equivalent from a top university, with 2-6 years of experience.
Prior experience with training, building, and deploying large scale deep learning models is mandatory.
Prior experience designing and implementing sequence and time series models is required.
Experience with Git, CI/CD pipelines and MLOps for automating model deployments.
Skilled in using Linux, SQL, Git, and BASH scripting.
Strong knowledge of Python and hands-on (Pytorch/Tensorflow).
