Logging of 3D/2D data received from Customer/Project team.
Review of customer requirements
Preparation of New & Modified 3D/2D data
Feasibility Study
Send feasibility feed back report to concerned
Parting surface extraction, Side core & lifter design, Mechanism design & Mold base design
Release Of 3D/2D data to concerned dept.
BOM preparation.
Tooling modification ( if required )
Technical manual preparation
Maintain Customer data safely
Take back up of 3D /2D as applicable
Maintain Customer Sample and Technical Library
Update Design standard & design manual
