Job Description
1. Execution of L&D and TM framework, strategy and plan
· Enable stratetgy and plan by facilitating workshops and planning schedules with HR team
. Implement and execute action plans from Training needs identification for employees
Branding and promotion learning culture through iniatives
2. DEIB iniatives for the organization
. Drive top priorities for Diversity & Inclusion proactices designed for the organization
. Co-ordinate with HR and 36 locations to implement, standardize and participate in iniatives rolled out
. Create awareness and enthusiasm acorss organization to ensure maximum participation
. Coordinate with stakeholders and vendors
4. Compliance training
· Ensure 100% compliance related training – POSH
. Work with IC committee and vendor partner for driving iniatives, capability development and awareness
. Audit each location for compliance adherence

6. L&D Administration:
· Reports and MIS
· Prepare and present during external and internal audits
· Prepare monthly report on training related data
