Roles and Responsibilities

Spearhead digital transformation initiatives to enhance customer experiences, drive operational efficiency, and achieve business growth.
Develop and execute the company’s digital strategy, leveraging data analytics to understand customer behavior and preferences.
Ensure alignment of digital transformation initiatives with business goals and objectives.
Develop policies and procedures to ensure data privacy and security, mitigating risks associated with digital projects.
Negotiate contracts and manage relationships with external partners to deliver high-quality digital solutions.
Provide visionary leadership and strategic thinking to drive innovation across the organization, particularly in the areas of production, safety, compliance, and Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG).
Champion a safety-first culture within the organization, integrating digital initiatives to enhance safety protocols and mitigate risks.
Implement digital solutions to monitor and improve safety standards, ensuring compliance with industry regulations and best practices.
Drive digital initiatives in various functional areas, including production, safety, compliance, and ESG, while managing cross-functional teams.
Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the organization.
Optimize costs, resources, and on-ground advancements to maximize efficiency and effectiveness
Educational Qualification & Experience

B.Tech. /MBA with 6-8 years in digital transformation, preferably 10+ years overall.
Strong analytical skills, business acumen, and effective communication.
Deep expertise in digital technologies, customer engagement, and strategy implementation.
Proven leadership in driving cross-functional teams, data analysis, and innovation in digitalization efforts.
