Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Inside Sales Executive/Business Development Executive to join our dynamic sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls, conducting email campaigns, and engaging with health tech companies to promote our product engineering services. This role requires a proactive approach to identifying potential clients, building relationships, and closing deals.


Experience – 3 to 7 Years
Ready to work in US time zone – Can be EST/CST/PST (Depends on sales folks region)
Key Responsibilities:

Conduct outbound sales calls to potential clients in the health tech industry.
Develop and execute email campaigns to generate leads and nurture prospects.
Identify and qualify sales opportunities through research and direct outreach.
Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline by engaging with decision-makers and influencers.
Present and articulate the value proposition of our product engineering services to potential clients.
Schedule and conduct virtual meetings and as well as F2F meetings.
Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop targeted strategies and campaigns.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities in the CRM system.
Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs.
Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitors.

Proven experience in inside sales, business development, or a similar role.
Experience in selling to the health tech industry is a plus.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
Proficiency in using CRM software and sales tools.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Results-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Self-motivated with a positive attitude and a desire to learn and grow.
