INTRODUCTION
Be a part of the LES SAP CORE PLAFORM STABLE TEAM responsible for development and support of our S4HANA system integrated with Neptune.
Production Logistics
Production Logistics is part of Core Platform Area Technology – Supply chain and purchasing. We are responsible for Production Logistics for the Volvo Group, primarily GTO but also for the entire Volvo Group business areas. PL has full responsibility for runtime deliveries (cost, quality of service) and for the IT delivery of digital Products. We are a high performing unit that show inspiration and love what we do.
ROLE DESCRIPTION
We are now looking for a SAP ABAP consultant to be part of LES SAP core platform area with Neptune DXP-UX/ FIORI UI5 FRONT END as application development platform who can
• Develop and Enhance SAP integrated Neptune Apps.
• Work on FIORI APPs with free style UI5 developments.
• FIORI Launch pad configurations.
• Experience in ABAP on HANA developments.
• Work closely together with functional consultants and business Key Users.
• Support Key users / functional consultants on day-to day issues.
• Work on continuous improvements / enhancements and innovation ideas.
• Meet established KPI’s set by the Digital Product Owner for the Product teams.
• Manage new developments and maintain the existing SAP Solution.
• Well Equipped working in Agile ways and part of Stable teams Setup.
• Taking complete ownership of deliverables and work independently within Stable team Framework.
Relevant experience: 5 to 8 years.
Required Technical Skills:
• Strong technical knowledge in SAP ABAP based Neptune Software DX Platform – Planet 8 application along with SAP FIORI / UI5 experience in building new Apps on S4HANA platform.
• Strong experience in Rest APIs, Data streaming, BTP .
• Strong technical expertise in core ABAP -DDIC, Reports, Interactive Reporting, User Exits, BAdis, Enhancements Framework, Interface, RFC, BDC, BAPI, Debugging, Performance Tuning, Interface.
• Strong working experience in ABAP enhancements, ABAP Proxies, RFC, IDOC, CXML, ALE configuration, Partner profiles, Ports, Enhancements, error processing, troubleshooting.
• Strong working experience in Transport management module of SAP.
• Good strong knowledge in performance tuning.
• Knowledge or expertise of Adobe Forms
• Perform bug/fix analysis and recommend solutions for various business processes.
• Should have very good analytical and communication skills.
• Shall be able to work independently and collaboratively with teams across shores.
• Stay up to date with new SAP versions and direction for S4HANA and Neptune DX/UX.
• Good to have experience in Solution Manager, Service Now
