Major accountabilities of Position: –
Review of GL and TB as per allocation
GBS vs HFM review of trial balances
Review and monitoring of clearing and other accruals
Preparation and review of Blackline reconciliation
Financial statement preparation
Knowledge of IFRS
Intimate knowledge of ERP system (SAP or Oracle preferred)
Data analysis with ability to do critical questioning and investigation.
Assist with Internal and External Audits for the Middle East region

Job Specific Knowledge:
· Good understanding of the GL accounting and monthly financial reporting.
· Demonstrate a visible and active commitment to safety and its associated requirements in a project environment.
Application, use and understanding of the Worley core systems such as Oracle GBS and BR, Microsof Office.

· Industry Specific Experience:
Minimum 8-10 years in the Engineering, consultancy services Industry in the Finance GL / reporting stream.
Qualifications
CA Inter / Full-Time Bachelor Degree in Accounting from an accredited university
