Working knowledge, Preparation /Assembly and Testing of CAT5/6 Cable and Prefab cable, Power Wiring, Utility, Earthing and data cable connection. Armoured and un-Armoured cable cutting, Integration and soldering/Knowledge/understanding of Drawings like General wiring, earth wiring, Power wiring, Internal Wiring etc. Preparation & checking of Bill of Material –/ Section wise / Project wise. Mail communication to project Team with respect to completion of project activity, planning, indenting, raising MPR in system. Working experience of High Voltage / Insulation Resistance tests & conducting checks before power on the Cabinet with different voltages like 110VAC/230VAC/24VDC. Knowledge of preparation of Manufacturing check sheets, Quality check sheets etc. Knowledge of Quality standards Working In-line with the Production schedule Monthly report preparation. Safety and 5S Knowledge.
